    1. Go to the site fire.irs.gov and click on Create New Account. If the TCC number is active, then you can
create a new username, passcode and pin.

    1. Go back to the site fire.irs.gov and click on Create New Account. If the TCC is valid and active, then you can
create a new username, password and pin. The TCC, if active, is the golden ticket.

I have a TCC and I completed an application last year, but when I try to enter all the pertinent information it says the company does not exist.
I tried resetting my password, that did not work either.

    1. We can always efile on your behalf. We do charge for that but its an option. Just contact
      our main office at 480-706-6474.

The company name has to be exactly what is on the IRS application. If you have Incorporated, try Inc
instead. Dont use commas or periods in the company name.

We have a company name and a doing business as name, which is asking for. Last year it was the doing business as name.
I have tried both and not luck. I have the IRS application from last year and have tried both.

What is the charge for doing the efile. I would really prefer to do it myself and get it resolved, but today is the deadline and
the support phone number says they are too busy and then it hangs up.

        1. There is no way our support number hangs up. The main office can be reached at 480-706-6474.

Technical support can be reached at 480-903-5729 Extension 102.

I am referring to the number on the IRS Fire web site. The chat nor the phone is accepting calls.
It indicates the volume is too high. Are you with the IRS or an outside company who assists with filing?
