At 1099FIRE, we strive to provide our customers with reliable, easy-to-use software and professional filing services for IRS information returns. Because our products are digital in nature, our return policy differs slightly from traditional retail purchases.

1. Software Returns

All software sold by 1099FIRE is downloadable and delivered electronically. Once the software has been downloaded, installed, registered, or activated, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If you have not yet downloaded or activated your software license, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at support@1099fire.com with your order number.

2. Service Returns (Filing, Outsourcing, or Data Processing)

Our outsourcing and filing services (e.g., Forms 1042, 1099, 1095, etc.) involve labor and submission to government systems. Because of this, these services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel before work starts, a full refund will be issued.

If partial work has been completed (e.g., data review, test upload, PDF generation), a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of our team.

3. Software Defects or Errors

If a software malfunction prevents you from using the product as advertised, we will:

• Work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue;

• Provide an update or replacement version when available;

• If we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, offer a full refund.

To report a software issue, email support@1099fire.com with:

• Your order number

• Operating system details

• A brief description of the problem

• Screenshots or error messages, if applicable

4. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same software or service more than once, please notify us within 7 days. Verified duplicate orders will be refunded promptly.

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at purchase. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
