Scope of Services
Your assigned Certified Outsource Representative (COR) will assist you through the entire W-2C correction workflow:
Upload your corrected data Excel to our secure server.
We run your file through Accuwage to identify mismatched wages, incorrect codes, or formatting issues that may cause SSA rejects.
We generate a passcode-protected PDF of all W-2C and W-3C forms for your review and approval.
Once approved, we complete the electronic transmission of your W-2C and W-3C filings directly to the SSA.
You receive an official SSA confirmation receipt and any related error summary reports.
We support current-year and prior-year corrections, single or multiple EINs, partial corrections, and full-file replacements.
Mailings...
Our SOC-certified mail facility can print and mail all corrected employee forms:
All W-2C forms are printed and inserted into IRS-approved envelopes marked Important Tax Document Enclosed.
Each envelope is barcoded to ensure accurate mailing and secure handling.
We maintain a secure chain of custody from printing through USPS entry.
You receive reporting on quantities mailed and any returned or undeliverable pieces.
Mailing can be performed independently or alongside your electronic W-2C corrections.
