Print and Mail

We handle print-and-mail orders of any size. Each form is printed in black ink on one side, while the payer and recipient mailing addresses are included with instructions on the back. Our machines tri-fold and insert the forms into two-window envelopes, ensuring the addresses line up perfectly. Because the data folds inward, only the addresses are visible.

File Electronically

We also file electronically for both small and large volumes of information returns. Within 0–5 days, you’ll receive a receipt confirming the status of your file, and we forward it to you for your records.

In addition, we can file electronically through the IRS Combined Federal/State Filing (CF/SF) program or transmit directly to specific states. Using our transmitter control code (TCC), we submit your files securely. No software or TCC of your own is required.
