You do not need to purchase a copy of the software and you do not need a transmitter control code or TCC number as we are e-filing on your behalf.

We can process ANY number of Payer's and Payee's for ANY form type with COMPLETE SECURITY. Have 1099Fire Service Bureau handle all of your printing/mailing and IRS filing needs - it's secure, affordable and stress free!

We will:

Import your data. We have a password-protected area with 128-bit encryption where we can exchange business files with clients easily, securely and professionally.
Convert to PDF and e-mail to you Copy B (and/or Copy 1, 2, C) with or without instructions and SSN masking. You print and mail (or e-mail) Copy B to recipients.

Mail house solutions are available. We can handle all of your printing and mailing needs. We can print and mail Copy B to each recipient but this is not included in the $399 price.

Prices as low as $0.78 cents per W-2 or 1099 mailed. This includes all postage and handling.

One way to reduce the cost of mailing is to electronically deliver the information returns. We can bulk email Copy B to recipients and save as much as 50% off the print/mail rate.
