You do not need to purchase a license of the software for this option. 

We will import, convert Copy B to PDF and eFile Copy A to the IRS by the March 31st deadline.

We will not audit or make any other verification on the data you submit, although it may be necessary to ask you for clarification of some of the information. We will e-mail you a "Payer(s) Totals" report which shows the form totals for each Payer. If the "Payer Totals" report accurately reflects the data you transmitted, you sign the report and mail or fax it to us.

We work quickly and have experienced staff who file over a million information returns per year. Oftentimes the turn-around time is 0-2 days, depending on which service you ordered.

You do not need to purchase a license of the software for this option.  You also do not need a transmitter control code (TCC number) because we eFile on your behalf.

We will eFile Copy A to the IRS by the March 31st deadline.  We also will print and mail to recipients Copy B with instructions and SSN masking before the January 31st deadline.

We will not audit or make any other verification on the data you submit, although it may be necessary to ask you for clarification of some of the information. E-mail us a file with all of your data.  We will import your data into our software and post the data file to secure location so that you can download and import into the software.

 Convert to PDF - $39 for up to 5,000 records

You have the data in the software.  We will convert to PDF and e-mail to you:

  • Copy B with or without instructions and with or without SSN masking, and
  • Copy C (and/or Copy 1, 2) forms for you to print and distribute accordingly.

 Bulk TIN Matching - $99 for up to 100,000 records and four (4) submissions

You do not need to purchase a license of the software for this option.

TIN matching allows a payer to submit a TIN/Name combination to be matched against IRS records. You can accomplish this interactively and receive an instant response for up to 25 TIN/Name combinations at a time or with Bulk TIN Matching, you can submit an electronic file of as many as 100,000 TIN/Name combinations and receive matching results by email within 24 hours.
