Software Return Policy

Software ordered may be returned for a refund provided:

1. The software has not been activated.  Once the software has been activated, you can only return for a store credit.
    

2. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization Form request and follow the instructions for returning the software to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization or (RMA) number. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number.

The credit card will be credited for the purchase price of the product returned (excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable).

Returns may take 4 to 8 weeks to process.

Any software returned without a return authorization number will be granted store credit ONLY. Original shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to deny the return of any product.  

These return policies are industry standard for all software and media products due to piracy issues.
