How can I print multiple lines for a name, address or description?

The vertical pipe or | represents carriage return. Use the vertical pipe | in excel and when importing, the sofware will replace | with carriage return. The software will replace carriage return with a blank space before creating the fire.txt file for electronic filing.

Lets consider the below example.

National Software Incorporated | DBA 1099FIRE

The software will replace | with carriage return and it will appear as

National Software Incorporated
DBA 1099FIRE

You can use the vertical pipe to construct a multiple line name, address or description.
