1099-A and OID Restrictions


We can only sell the 1099-A and/or 1099-OID software to Banks or Financial Institutions with a valid FDIC number and/or ABA routing number. Furthermore, after ordering, we will call or e-mail an employee from the Bank that purchased the software to provide the passcode to register the software.

We can not and will not sell the 1099-A and/or 1099-OID software to individuals. We can (and would be happy to) e-file on your behalf with the same constraints. If you are a bank or financial institution with a valid FDIC number and/or ABA routing number, we would be happy to e-file on your behalf.
