Yes. Print Copy B for the clients. You can convert to PDF and store Copy B for yourself. You dont have to
retain a printed copy. An electronic copy is fine. The recipients must receive a printed copy unless they
sign something saying that they opt out of paper reporting and are willing to accept an electronic copy like
a PDF.
