You can store redundant data such as the Payer or Recipient Name so
that you do not have to retype this information over and over.

Oftentimes the
payer's name, address and phone number is the same for one 1099-OID to the next.
You can type in your payer's name and address and then click the disk icon to the left
to store that information as default. Even if you exit out of the software and then come
back into the software, that default information will automatically populate the data
entry boxes.
