Each column has to be read in the correct sequence. The 1st column on your data identifies whether this information return is Void. The 2nd column has a value for Corrected and so forth following in the order below for the 1099-R:

Type of TIN is taken from the TIN itself. If the TIN contains one dash (-), then the TIN type is EIN. If the TIN contains two dashes, then the TIN type is an SSN. Otherwise the TIN is identified as unknown.
