You mailed paper Forms 1098, 1099, 3921, 3922, 5498 or W-2G with a separate Form 1096 with each type of return.  Later you discover that additional forms needed to be transmitted as well.

File this new information and new forms with a new Form 1096. Do not include copies or information from previously filed returns.
