How would you import the address if there is a C/O?
How do you print more than one line of an address when the excel spreadsheet only contains one column for Recipient address and you have an address that contains address line 1 and address line 2? Would I need to string the address together before I import the text to the excel worksheet?

Are you looking at the 1099 forms or 1095 forms? The 1095 forms have 2 boxes for the address (address line 1 and line 2).

Has this issue been resolved? I have 2 address columns (1099-MISC & 1099-INT) and importing the excel file uses address2 column as city field and pushes everything over one stop after that. I show no city name, state in the zip code field etc… the reporting amount is in the wrong cell, should be in #7, reports in field #8. Solution for this when importing? Thanks

Can you send me a sample file with this error? My email is support@1099fire.com.

The vertical pipe should work when printing. I use it all the time.
