1099 Software: How can I convert to PDF?
You need a PDF print driver in order to convert to PDF. There are lots and lots of free PDF print drivers on the web. Download and install one. In the 1099 software, import in your data and go to File/Print. Select the pages you want to print and hit Ok. Then a box will pop up asking you what printer you want to use. There you select your PDF print driver. Hit Print and another box will pop up asking you where you want to save the file and what name. Save the file to the desktop and name it sample.pdf or any name.
